Fatboy Slim joins protest against Faroe whale slaughter

Following a campaign by Blue Planet Society Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim is the latest music star to take action against the slaughter of pilot whales and white-sided dolphins in the Faroe Islands.

Prior to headlining G! Festival in the Faroe Islands on Saturday 13 July he sent us the statement below.

Earlier this month Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi and American rapper Princess Nokia cancelled their appearance at the same event due to its association with the slaughter of cetaceans after we highlighted the appalling cruelty involved.
